At Ardmore House, we are delighted to welcome Employer Advisers from the Jobs & Benefits Offices in Shaftesbury Square, Falls Road and Andersonstown. Their visit gave us a valuable opportunity to showcase the work we do, the roles we offer, and the positive impact supported living has within our community.
A picture truly paints a thousand words, and nothing demonstrates our service better than experiencing it in person. Our Company Director, Sean Magee, provided a personal tour of our resident’s home, offering a real insight into the environment our staff help create — one built on trust, dignity, independence and meaningful support.
We are grateful for the time and interest shown by all three offices. A special thanks to Lisburn Jobs & Benefits for linking us with our neighbouring offices. Strengthening these relationships helps us continue to offer rewarding local employment while ensuring the people we support receive the highest standard of care.
